Shipping policy

Ninja Suits ships costumes and accessories through a network of partner suppliers in the United States and overseas. Each item ships directly from the supplier that stocks it, so an order with several items may arrive in more than one package.

Processing time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 5 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or US holidays.

Delivery times in the United States

Most orders arrive within 5 to 21 business days after they ship, depending on the item and where it ships from.

Items from US warehouses: usually 5 to 14 business days.
Items from overseas partners: usually 2 to 4 weeks.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and peak seasons can add time.

Ordering for Halloween or an event

If you need your costume by a certain date, we recommend ordering at least 4 weeks ahead.

Shipping costs

Shipping rates and the delivery options available for your address are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Order tracking

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to show updates, especially for items shipping from overseas.

Address changes

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to change it, contact us right away. Orders can move quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date with your order number. If the item is damaged, we will ask for photos when we reply. See our refund policy for how we make it right.
